The Nietzsche Path is a hiking trail that connects Èze village with the beach below.

The path was named after the 19th-century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, who is said to have walked this trail while composing parts of his book Thus Spoke Zarathustra in the late 19th century.

The trail is steep and rocky.
It’s 2 km long with a 400 m elevation change.
The descent is easy, but the ascent is challenging.
