It’s a fusion of the words “bistro” and “gastronomic.”
It usually offers more refined and creative dishes than a traditional French food restaurant, with a more relaxed atmosphere and more affordable prices than a fine dining restaurant.
The line can be thin between a bistronomic and a traditional restaurant, or between a bistronomic and a fine dining restaurant. - Type of boat
Some restaurant cruises have multiple boats, which may vary in type and capacity.

Restaurant cruises often feature musical entertainment, which in some cases may include live music. - Top Deck
Some restaurant cruises have an open top deck where guests may be able to go for photos, for example.
However, access may be temporarily restricted due to weather conditions or other reasons specific to the restaurant. The presence of a top deck does not guarantee access. - Dress Code
