On the 1st day, during the morning drive to get to the first point of the trip. After lunch walk through the centre of Chartres and visit the huge Cathedral of Chartres known for its magnificent stained-glass windows.
Night in (1/1) Chartres

On the 2nd day, destination Giverny to see Claude Monet’s House and Gardens, painter and one of the founders of the impressionist movement. Then continue to the Normandy alabaster coast and after lunch, hike over the Cliffs of Etretat.

On the 3rd day, first stop in the Village of Honfleur in the morning and then continue to the west of Normandy to visit sites commemorating the D-Day landing of the Allies in June 1944: Canadian Cemetery, Juno Beach, American Cemetery, Omaha Beach, Overlord Museum, British Cemetery, Pointe du Hoc.

On day 4, hike on the Biville Dunes facing the sea. You can find among them some military wrecks.

On day 5, visit the spectacular Village and Abbey of Mont Saint Michel located in the bay of the same name. After lunch, head for Brittany and visit the coastal Village of Saint-Suliac.

On the 6th day, spend the day hiking on the Bréhat Island.

On day 7, another day of hiking in 2 stages: one in the morning and the other in the afternoon on the Pink Granite Coast which takes its name from the type and colour of the rock it is made of.

On day 8, spend the day hiking on the Crozon peninsula.

The 9th day, travel to the Loire Valley in the morning with a quick stop at the 5000 year old Dolmen La Roche aux Fées, and after lunch visit the Château de Villandry & Gardens. In the late afternoon, arrival at the center of Amboise.
Night in Amboise (1/3)

On the 10th day, visit the Château d’Amboise located high up in the heart of the city. After lunch, visit a Loire Valley Vineyard with wine tasting.
Night in Amboise (2/3)

The 11th day, visit the colossal Château de Chambord in the morning, and in the afternoon the Château de Chenonceau and its gardens.
